Favorite summer meal, hands down:

2 ears of corn fresh and cut off the cob
3 cucumbers peeled and seeded
1/2 cup parm cheese grated
1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup balsamic
6 garlic cloves
2 tsp brandy
1/2 cup olive oil
Chicken broth as needed for consistency
4 medium to large tomatoes
1/2 tsp spanish smokey paprika
Black pepper

Put all that in the food processor. Best the second right out of the fridge.
