1 3/4 oz whiskey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz Malbec

The whiskey, lemon and simple syrup are shaken in a shaker and poured in a rocks glass over ice. The Malbec is floated on top of the drink.
