Last weekend we went to Atlanta and got to try out Peter Chang’s new place. He used to be the chef at Hong Kong house in Knoxville.
His new place is on the north side of the ATL and seems to be an old karaoke place on a man made pond. Very strange. The food was numbingly hot and awesome. With a 5 page menu it takes some time to figure out what to order. All of the food was light in its own way and very crisp and fresh. Also – mind numbingly spicy but not in a bad way.
