TIKI Night!

Join us for an exercise in daydreaming. Sip on some traditional Tiki drinks and think about summer. One of the many cures for the winter blahs – pretending it’s warm! In Public House style, all drinks will be made with the freshest ingredients possible and what can be made in house will be. We’ll have the drinks all evening or while supplies last. Drinks will be price individually. No tickets needed.

Join us for a flight of wine from Joel Gott, one of California’s premier winemakers. He’s a fifth generation wine-maker and restaurateur. He started making wine in 1996. In addition to Joel’s uncanny blending ability, he has privileged access to many of the best and as yet undiscovered fruit sources in the Napa Valley. Joel Gott wines are therefore remarkable values, offering gobs of classic California fruit, good structure and excellent balance. Flights will be priced individually. No tickets needed.

Mixology 101

Dive into the world of making drinks at home and support Slow Food Knoxville. This class will focus on the basics of cocktails. We’ll start with a short history of cocktails, talk about tools you need and how to stock a home bar. Then we will make 3 basic gin drinks representative of the history of drinking in the United States.

The class will feature Tennessee’s own Corsair Gin and other local ingredients and a portion of the price will go to Slow Food Knoxville. You’ll leave with a home bar checklist and recipes. To purchase a ticket or for more information info@mockingbird-events.com
